Description
“Meeresbitch” by Martin Würzburger
I created this image for the CD Too long at sea by Cat o nine.
An illustration for the song Meeresmädchen was sought - working title Meeresbitch.
The working title reflects the intention to create a thoroughly seductive motif, but at the same time to make the dangerous character of a mythical figure visible.
On the one hand, this corresponds to an outdated moral concept of the woman seduces the man and brings ruin. On the other hand, however, the idealized and kitschy image of a mermaid must be replaced by another, more profound one.
The model is rendered (created with the computer), for everything else also only: May contain traces of reality.
