Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 4-14 days and outside Germany within 7-20 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).

Your desired product will only be made individually for you in the respective size after receipt of order / payment.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

We work with a network of shipping providers (UPS, DHL) and local delivery services to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, tracking your order may not always be possible.
